hello everyone ,
i got a new spring for my uta air rifle yesterday for rs 295.. the spring brand name is cheroke .but unluciky there were no gunsmiths on the shop , so i had to call a friend of mine to get it fitted. he did it well .. and i was quite amazed to see the power of my new spring..
it pierced a hard plastic bucket from 50 meters easily
pellet exit path
also brought a packet of mastershot pellets for rs 40 quite good one's
Are you sure it is 50m? The chappal is there which is 8~10" and I have started calculating and it gives some different figure. I could be wrong! And secondly I see your target is facing towards road and Indian gun behave differently sometime which may make your pellets fly like a dewali rocket. So be careful!
By the way. Congrats for your new spring. I will show you the damages an air pistol can do just by changing to a synthetic SEAL
yes tirths u may be right as i have not calculated it.. just a rough guess of mine and yes for sure i will take care of that in future .. will use something behind to block the pellets... and thanks for your kind advise.. and please show me what a synthetic seal can do

Hi airgunsniper,
I'll show you what a synthetic seal can do. See what it has done from a IHP .22 airpistol at 25 feet to a empty deo can:
The air pistol is not in its full energy. It's breech seal has to be replaced and it has already done about 500 shots with its original spring. I have never had such a power with its original piston seal. It was just junk.
