Many many happy returns of the day, Tim. Vikram, he already has lots of guns.

Tim, here's wishing you own guns that you haven't owned yet.
Regards
Jeff Cooper advocated four basic rules of gun safety:
1) All guns are always loaded. Even if they are not, treat them as if they are.
2) Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.
3) Keep your finger off the trigger till your sights are on the target.
4) Identify your target, and what is behind it.

Gentlemen, thanks so much! I've been a bit tied up and out of the loop lately -- forgive me -- but I do value my online home on the web! As far as having lots of guns, I have been particularly blessed in this area. Not as much as some, perhaps, but certainly I have no reason to complain. However, if I could come across one of those Webley Fosbery automatic revolvers in .38 ACP with a long barrel, I would love to have one of those, as well. Another one (and one that is somewhat more reasonable for me to aspire to own) would be one of those Indian .410 SMLE muskets, preferably one that hasn't been rechambered, but I'm not picky on that point.
May I say that I've met some very fine gentlemen here, so your kind wishes are especially appreciated!

Gentlemen:
Thank you so much for your good wishes! I worked late last night and Gail went over to my older son's place to check out his new TV, so we both got home late. We plopped down and watched Cary Grant in "Destination Tokyo" -- somewhat dated, but it was fun!
I scrolled through this thread and was very taken with all of your kind wishes. Thank you! Surely, anyone browsing this forum and wondering about the camaraderie of the gun community could see the best in that, someone like me could come here and be accepted the way you have all done with me.
I think it speaks highly of IFG as a body of firearms enthusiasts, and I'm very moved. Thanks so much again.
