Hi from Pune

Post by choombak » Fri Jan 29, 2010 7:00 pm

Folks,

I was pleasantly surprised to see this forum -- I thought knives and firearms are only discussed in the US of A. :-) My name is Amarendra, and I am from Pune. I have an amateur interest in folding knives, and flashlight. I own a leatherman e33l, and several spyderco knives (native III, endura, endura trainer, cricket, meerkat). Among flashlights, I own 4Sevens, Fenix, Arc AAA, and Peak LED solutions lights.

Hope to have a good interaction with you all here. Cheers!

welcome choombak.

Its no surprise to see choombak being attracted to steel knives.
You want more gun control? Use both hands!

Hello Choombak,
Welcome aboard, since you are knowledgable on flash lights, I wonder if you can direct me to a locally available flashlight with a powerful beam upto 25 metres or over. If it can recharged even better.

Welcome to IFG, choombak. Where do you get your spyderco's from??

Jeff Cooper advocated four basic rules of gun safety:
1) All guns are always loaded. Even if they are not, treat them as if they are.
2) Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.
3) Keep your finger off the trigger till your sights are on the target.
4) Identify your target, and what is behind it.
