Hi IFG'ians
i know its rude not to introduce urself and straight away post in a particular section.but my excitement has got the best of me today
.i got my first BB gun today after a long long time..an airsoft gun made in china....frankly i didn't expect much when i ordered it through ebay..but when i opened the package i was taken aback by the beauty of the gun..along with it was a silencer,a tactical rail fit with laser and light(not so accurate though) and a small packet of BB's....i cannot describe how awesome it felt when i took it in my hands for the first time...i still haven't been able to figure out which gun it has replicated but my best conclusion is that its a Sig Sauer P228/229..not sure though.This is the only place i can share my love for the gun...so i went ahead and posted anyway..(i am a little shy in these matters).It is spring powered and 1:1 scale and looks durable..although it is quite cheap..i hope to get some Co2 powered ones soon.here is an image:

Congrats! Looks more like a Walther PPQ replica. Post a better picture, hard to say from a blurry pic

Well, it isn't a P228 as the P228 doesn't have a rail. There is a P228R but that is just a 228 slide on a P229 frame.
The magazine floorplate looks like it came from a P2022.
However, it looks like it has a slide mounted safety and neither the P228, P229 or the P2022 have one of those.
A better photo showing the profile of the gun would help us identify what model they are mimicing. Are there any markings on the gun?

answers to all questions:
@xl_target:i'll post a better pic..this one came from my webcam.maybe u'll be able to tell better from the clear pic abt which gun it is...it didn't have any markings...
@pranger:i got it off ebay.in...it was quite easy..but u'll have to be careful abt the shipping..coz they use aramex couriers which is the worst service possible for shipping...all other details are fine....
@a_v:dude i don't know if it is a sig sauer or not...i am not sure..but it is definitely not the walther PPQ

i finally got the exact model the gun replicates..its a Smith & Wesson Model 4006.complete with tactical railing...
