hello from Chennai
Hi Buddys,
This is Ajay from Chennai. I have been a a gun fanatic right from my childhood but only thing that stopped me from getting a gun was lack of Money.. But still I bought some 5 mini guns(they cost only about 100 a piece) when I was a kid
Now that I have started working, I want to ressurect my passion for guns..
Now that I am a newbe to Air guns, I would like to seek the help of fellow gun enthusiasts from Chennai to help me in getting a good Air Riffel..
Hope to meet you guys @ Shooting meets
Kindly help me with these queries:
After going through the forum, I have decided to get IHP (35 m range)Air Riffel
1) Which will be better a .22 or or .177 of IHP brand (price difference of upto 500 Rs. will not matter)
2) Can the pellets be reused after it has hit the target.. Or will it spoil the gun
3) Is it cheaper or good to get it locally from Chennai or is it better to go for Aimco
4) Is there anything to be tuned in the gun after me receiving it or will it have Perfect Accuracy such that a experienced shooter will hit the target the first time
5) Is there any possibility of defect being present in the gun like it always shoots to the Right/Left
Thanks....

welcome to IFG
IHP 35 is the best in indian make
1) If you are serious in target shooting then go for .177
For plinking .22 is the best
2)reusing the pellets damage your rifle
3)Dont buy in chennai
try to buy it from aimco
http://www.aimco.co.in/category/54-air-rifles.aspx
4)No need to tune the new gun. you need to zero your sight
5)Rarely one or two rifles have this problem, IHP comes with warranty so no problem
Also check this new air rifle
