Chamfered and rounded the junction of the handle slabs and the tang so the grooves on the tang will be completely visible and pronounced

The Tenacious, been pondering over it for quite some time now and have a few ideas in my head... Seen some videos on stonewashing blade, might give it a shot, simple and inexpesive. Also have tons of Corian lying around, might give scales a try. Trying to hunt for mico drill bits for a while now...

Gone a forced patina done on the BEcker Bk7 using white vinegar. I wanted a mottled/blotchy type of pattern, so dabbed the blade with warm white vingear and let it sit for 15 mins. The blade was then washed with water and soap. Repeated this process 7 -8 times to get the colour and pattern I was aiming for. The entire blade can be dipped in hot vinegar to get a uniform grey shade...

This is what I got repeating the process for the 5th time..

Forced patina can also be done with hot sauce or Mustard. I did this with synthetic white vinegar INR 16 a bottle

If a deep grey finish is required the blade can be dipped in diluted PCB Etchant like Ferric Chloride for a few seconds, but then it would be permanent.

Forced patina by vinegar can be taken out by using fine steel wool or fine abrasive paper.
