If you think that you'll improve the performance of a springer simply by changing the spring to a stiffer one, you've been misinformed. One of my friend's had installed a JM spring on his IHP 35 many moons ago, while there was some increase in FPS, the airgun would shake loose all of its screws every few shots!
Read up a bit on the subject before doing any "tuning", plenty of information on the Internet, you should also consider picking up Airgun from trigger to target by GV Cardew and giving it a thorough read.
Cheers!

@ lakecity_shooter : Can you post the picture please. What scope is that?
Here is an additional information I found in "target-tune dot in" website and it was a pleasant shock for me.
They have a re-modeled power factory for IHP called "IHP35 Receiver set" you may want to give it a try.

Re: suggestions needed for ihp 35 .22
@ mundaire and brihacharan ji....thanks for throwing light on the subject.
I have this IHP for more than 10 years i guess and it still shoots straight. But expectations dont die so i am from quite a time finding a way to increase the velocity without compromising with the accuracy.its a old ihp with vanished bluing however it shoots great .in the night i sometimes check the airgun's range and i try to hit a electric pole from my hotel's terrace and believe me that "TANN" sound never lies.which make me love my ihp more and more .the approximate distance from my terrace to that pole is around 70 yards...i try to shoot in no wind condition to hear that .
@pradeep.... Thank you for the information and please guide me if u can about how to post pictures on the forum as i never did it before....and once again a big thanks to brihacharan ji for the informative pm he sent...just for information i completely removed the front and rear sight from the air rifle.

lakecity_shooter.....just as a comparitve/ reference for my own interest....
at what range have you zero-ed the rifle ?? and are you able to see how much below your point of aim ( at the pole) does the pellet acctually hit the pole??
used to shoot at the old steel electric poles that were on the farm....very addictive; and there is a very distintive sound when hit dead centre!!
shoot safe

Re: suggestions needed for ihp 35 .22
@mercury....i zeroed my ihp at 25 yards using benchrest position..........and i am sorry as i told i shot at the pole in the night as in the day there are peaple around ...its kinda unsafe......i think u want a idea about the drop of the pellet....if that is the case i am sorry....... as if u align ur sights correctly on a 50 feet tall pole in no wind ..u will hit the pole for sure........i dont mean to preach you.. i can say confidently that after installing the scope i have improved a lot in my shooting skills..........

64.00800 meters with IHP.if u have a ihp.please try the same distance on a 50 foot long pole in no wind. all ur doubts would be over then.....
