An absolute visual treat Vikram, thanks for sharing the link. Never knew kitchen knives are made the same way as Samurai Swords. Amazing what can be done with such primitive tools, no cnc machines, no lasers nothing specially in a place as technologically advanced as Japan.

Loved the last line"Life is too short for cheap knives."
