I have been gathering info for arm license since 2009....... the 1st time i went with my application in Dec 2009 ..... i was shooooo from the gate itself.
Was not detered by the high headness of the issue authority. Took this time to get all my documents & contacts ready & used them at the right time. My suggession is to get all your papers right. Its not easy to get arm license from delhi......... but it doesnt hurt to try.

Could you please tell us which documents you prepared and what contacts? By contacts do you mean pulling few strings here and there?
