hey i need to prepare 1 hypothetical project on industry taking any product
my product is bullets (used in guns).where i need to create

for starters suggest you use regular English and not SMS / text speak:
are we talking
a. bullets - as in the finished products that get loaded into a rifle and go 'bang'? they are composed of primer, brass case, powder and projectile (aka bullet)
or
b. bullets; as in the part that goes out of the gun and does the damage?

if it is b -
lets take your raw material to be copper (easiest , to calculate cost) even though in reality, there are 2-3 different metals or plastic involved.bullets /projectiles are primarily composed of lead ( forced into or covered by a copper/bronze jacket)
In your case, lets assume you are a specialty manufacturer, manufacturing pure copper bullets
each bullet weighs about 180 grains conversion factor is 15.432
180/ 15.432
= 11.66 grams per bullet
so you can start with market price of Cu and labour+plant+machinery etc?

if it is the complete cartridge, there will be more components and machining costs etc.

oh!!! sorry for the language.thanks for the information.it will really help me.
as i told above i got the raw material details and process.the main problem for
me is to prepare balancesheet and innitial capital investment.
i want to have a look on any industry's balancesheet who produces
bullets or any ammunitions, to get the idea.
and one more thing i wanted to know that in india do we have the
permission to manufacture guns and bullets for private firms or its only in the
hands of government???

Sorry , no help there.Yes there are private manufacturers, but they make shot gun cartridges and I dont know how you can access this info

What kind of bullets? Copper jacketed, Copper Solids or Lead? Also what volumes.
You can easily manufacture 10's of thousands of Lead bullets with a little more than a few moulds, lead smelter, swagger and greaser.

Bib bullets, one of leading suppliers of bullets for bench rest shooting make their bullets completely by hand, with very basic equipment.

But it will be for an Indian scenario, thats why I mentioned about ONLY shotgun shell manufacturers,Dwarka in Bellary, Karnataka, is one.

Different bullets have different price. Example: Price of 12 bore shotgun cartridge is different from 30-06 rifle cartridge. Also price varies from dealer to dealer depending upon various factors. One option would be to contact dealers directly to know prices(dealers can be located from yellow pages of this website) or may contact other members of this website who are into shooting sports or have firearms by PM.

2) Smooth bore shotguns are manufactured by some private firms. Main shotgun ammunition manufacturer is IOF. Shotgun ammunition is also manufactured by hardly 1 or 2 private firms.
3) Import of ammunition is allowed for arms dealers under conditions/regulations.
4) Import of firearms is on restricted list of EXIM policy. It practically means no citizens can import firearms, other than for renowned shots and under transfer of residency from foreign country to India.
5) This industry is highly regulated/monopolized by government sector under various colors and pretexts, mainly to protect Indian Ordnance Factories and ignorance, biases, prejudices against firearms among bureaucracy. The prevailing prices of arms and ammunition available in legal arms market in India are artificially inflated many times over, quality is poor/inconsistent and do not reflect true fair price of products. For example IOF .32 bore pistol is being sold at around Rs 85,000 with waiting period of about 15 months. Similar pistol of much better quality can be purchased in international market at around Rs 15,000. As per various media reports price of similar arms/ammunition in illegal arms market is also similarly much lower than that of legal arms market in India.
