Newbie From Vizag.
hello all,
to introduce myself i'm "Harsha" ,practicing Architect from Visakhapatnam,
it has been my childhood dream to get into shooting sport,
Its only recently i'm a frequent reader to this forum and i have ordered a IHP 35 .177 calibre National air rifle from one of a member of this forum from indore. now i'm on search of like minds from vizag to setout on practice.
BTW we dont have any shooting clubs or ranges here so just plinking for time being.

I carry a gun because I can't carry a cop or throw a rock at 1200 fps.

Jeff Cooper advocated four basic rules of gun safety:
1) All guns are always loaded. Even if they are not, treat them as if they are.
2) Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.
3) Keep your finger off the trigger till your sights are on the target.
4) Identify your target, and what is behind it.

welcome but get rid of your signature about illegal weapons. we don't even like to think about em round this campfire. enjoy the shooting sports a lot of us got into it during our second childhood.

Thanks dev for advise i'll change it - but it actually shows the tendency of people to lay hands on firearms in a country where it is a distant dream and speculation to get a arms licence.
