Dear Sir, dear all,
I was wondering if the result of good work will be limited to the practice matches in the club only

. It happens so often that one shoots impeccably during the practice sessions and somehow, the same intensity of work, the confidence, the zeal etc. etc. vanish in thin air during a competition. I am happy that scorewise, I could stay around the recent practice matches during a competition today

.
Yes, I am very happy to have scored 565/600 today in a club level competition (the last of the local competitions of this 10m season). This is my highest score in AP till date and I sincerely dedicate it to TOPS and to all our friends. I can not dedicate it to Guruji because it is too meagre for the time being

.
- 95, 93, 96, 90 (374/400), 94 & 97 = 565/600: 6 sighter shots + 60 record shots = 66 shots in 1h26m with 4 seated breaks.
- 32 tens, 21 nines & 7 eights
- The 4th series went down because I was too much surprised by my own performance (It was too much to believe...). Thank God that I could lift myself out of this mediocrity (please do not misunderstand this word; mediocrity for me is the regular everyday level which I am used to and which I am always complaining about). I can perhaps be more demanding out of myself.
The big difference between practice match and this match is that the time taken is much more. The tension/
stress was more palpable and there were quite a lot of shot cancellations due to insufficient confidence. But there were better results; 32 tens. I have never shot 32 tens even during a practice match. So that was fantastic!!!!!!!
One important thing is that I went to the match with the determination of putting up similar level of performance during the practice matches. To my surprise it worked. Now, I will switch on to the muzzleloaders and the Free Pistol with a sense of satisfaction.
best regards

P.S: Attached is the exact transposition of the impacts of the 60 shots. The junction of the vertical and the horizontal line is the centre of the 10 ring. The 8s have been marked. Guruji, please give your suggestions.
