This question is regarding the participation in state competition. I want to ask if i am a resident of a state and living and working in other state can i start shooting
From the state which i am currently residing and working. I never played shooting before and not having any shooter id with nrai. So there is not change of state. Just want to ask if i can start playing from any state where i am currently residing. Thank you

As long as you join a club, why not? You are a citizen after all.
