Hello Dear fellow members of IFG,
I am Varun. I am a resident of Bangalore working as an IT Executive. Joined this forum as I would like to pursue shooting as a hobby.

Welcome Varun. Ideally join a safety course before starting to shoot, if you haven't done so yet. Next try out a few ARs and APs at the club belonging to teh club or fellow shooters (if they readily agree
). Then persist and hunt for what appeals to you best - AP or AR. Several threads here on IFG will give you a wealth of info on various guns. Good Luck - safe shooting.

Hi Friends,
Thank you all for your wishes. I have today completed my Civilian Rifle Training Program conducted by Bangalore police CAR(Central Armed Reserve -South). Would be putting up a thread with my experience in the Rifles board.
