Hello fellow gun enthusiasts. My name is Harsh and I am from Kolkata. I look forward for your advice as i think of taking up shooting a bit seriously. But i would be obliged if someone can help me with my first weapon, probably a IHP pneumatic. And also the hassles i may have to face while procuring this piece.

Hello and welcome to IFG Harsh. As you might have already known, the IHP Factory has been closed for quite a long time now. Hence, try finding if a local gun dealer has the IHP National pneumatic. As with the performance and efficiency of the rifle, try browsing and searching the forum on IFG.

Thanks aditya,
I will try out Aimco once as its half an hour from my place. And the thing which tops my agenda is getting enrolled at the North Calcutta Rifle Club asap...somehow the phone doesnt get through so will be going in there in a couple of days...

Good luck with the rifle and membership harsh. Since you would be going to aimco please do post the things you have learnt about their merchandise like specs,price etc..would greatly help the forum members.
