Indians For Guns

hi every one, me latheef from coorg and presently in Bangalore running my garment export business, recently i got my exemption certificate, i plan to buy a small pistol ( please help me with options) which i want to carry it daily in my pocket, but i am bit confused here,when i tried to buy it from coorg i did not find much options and he said i can use it only in coorg, but when i tried to purchse it from bangalore they refused to sell saying that i cannot buy pistol with this certificate, some dealers even refused to show the pistols. can some one help me out with more details.
1. can i use pistol in bangalore with this exemption certificate, if no how can i get permission to use it here,( i keep travelling coorg-- bangalore often)
2. can i buy pistol from bangalore, if no what is the other procedure.( because ther is no imported pistol available in coorg)

excemption certificate?(excempted from what?)do you have a valid licence?

sorry latheef,i completly(conveniently)forgot coorg excemptions.
you don't get much choice when you go for a firearm in down south.
if you can get an NOC to buy a pistol from other city or state,maybe you can.
