Welcome.

Jeff Cooper advocated four basic rules of gun safety:
1) All guns are always loaded. Even if they are not, treat them as if they are.
2) Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.
3) Keep your finger off the trigger till your sights are on the target.
4) Identify your target, and what is behind it.

Welcome aboard Jeremy
Thats a great out door place you live in and hunters and fishing paradise . Might say one of the most gorgeous area with few of the Pristine forests left in US if not the world and a . Farthest I went in Idaho was Coeur d Alene, How far are you from Lake Pend Oreille. Do educate members of these great wonders around you. Have you ever been on Chakar hunt? Incidentally this is a native Indian partridge which was released in US and has thrived.
Cheers

Re: hello from Idaho USA
We are only 20 miles from Coeur d Alene. Lake Pend Oreille is a Beautiful place. I dont know if you are familiar with the Silverwood theme park but we are about 2 miles from there. I enjoy the mountains around here a lot. Me and some friends usually will take the jeep up to the mountains and camp there and do some shooting. One of the best things about being here is we have enough land that I can go right out to my back yard and shoot any time.
