Agree with what you said, if it is plinky you want to play, any "breaker" is fine.
CO2 from IHP, would put the said budget away by four fold and availability still remains a question. Never saw one with any dealers. One person had ETA of 3 months and asked a whopping 30 K for it here. never approached the IHP directly for this, (actually now, i feel like doing that! )..

Finally i have decided to go with AIR PISTOL 0.22, i just wanted to learn target shooting (10mts air pistol shooting.) Is this the right one to buy?

Chaitanya,

.22 is not a permitted caliber for 10m airpistol shooting. Do you plan on shooting at the KSRA range or at home? If at home, any caliber should be ok. Better to stick with .177 for target practice. Safe shooting and all the best.
