Hi Selwyn,

Welcome to IFG,

The cost of CZ in .32 and .380 acp is unfortunately unrealistic in India that too for secondhand or thirdhand, or maybe fourth-hand/fifth_hand piece  and same is true for llama. I guess by .38 llama you mean llama in .380 acp. The reason is import of all fire-arms is banned since 1980, except those who can qualify for the import by getting the import letter of GOI, these people, however, cannot sell their imported weapon during their life_time.
I recommend, to go thru the following threads to guess the availability of cz and llama in Indian context.

These threads will give you an idea of prices of imported weapons in India. You may also check sticky thread in handgun section regarding IOF Revolver and Pistol in .32 ACP

Our friend from Titicorin has not mentioned whether his licence is for PB or NPB. He should first read the wordings of the licence and then start his search for the Pistol. If really in immeidiate need should go in for the IOF Revolver as the Pistol has a long waiting list which is likely to get longer in the next few months.
