Ok, guys, I'm soon becoming a part of the South Calcutta Rifle Club; after I get the membership, can I import this baby down or the import ban remains functional here as well?
This is a
Beretta 92 Target for competition shooting, and meets all UITS standards for large caliber pistols and also available in .40 S&W caliber.

Sorry to dash your hopes to the ground Rottlord, You have to be a 'Renowned Shot' first to be able to import a firearm. But the co2 pistol from pyramid air is a possibility whether you are a member of a club or not. Please read the posts pertaining to the subject in the forum.

Dear Rottlord,
Can you get me the address of South Calcutta Rifle club along with the telephone no.
Well regarding your query you can import the same provided you import it either by baggage of yourself or by importing it by courier or post, and two seperate threads are running continuously. but a word of caution is that Co2 powerlets are difficult to procure here in this part of the country (I mean Calcutta). but the Crossman is also my favourite and do keep us posted how you get it.
bye and love

Jonah,
You broke my heart but I stay prepared for the worst. However, the co2 gun is also a nice thing to possess.

Jayanta Da/Rottlord,
South Calcutta Rifle Club is located at PTS opposite to Calcutta Race Course. They are using the range of Calcutta Police Trainning School. The Club is open on Sundays only from 10:00 AM onwards. We have some members in IFG who are from South Calcutta Rifle Club and North Calcutta Rifle Club, but unfortunately they are not very much reguler here. Just go to Club range on any sunday to enquire for Club facilities and fees.

Rottlord,
The discussion became off the topic now

anyway I personally do not own any handguns/firearms in USA except one Feinwerkbau 124 Air Rifle. I Visit local shooting range very often and try my hands on different makes and calibers from .22 to 500 magnum, but this local shooting rangle has a policy of not allowing any video or recoding device inside, they dont even allow my blackberry inside for seafty reasons. So no question of taking photos and sharing it with you, unless I find another range who allows cameras inside.
Take care and let me know when you took membership in any rifle club.
Regards
Saptarshi
