We need to remember English is not Mr Awasthi's mother tongue, If an Englishman did same mistake and was to pronounce an Indian name wrong the comments would not be so sarcastic and might have been other way around
English messed up so many Indian names prime example is if someone is talking to someone in English and mentions "Deeeli" you see some eyebrows raised because someone would says its "Dayyy Leeeehii" ,If English call Syrian captial "Damascus" and messed up the name completely the Syrians still call it "Dimashq".There are thousand's of examples of English messing up name (Some of Indian metropolitans are another example) do we ridicule them?!! No we accept it and think its correct and fashionable!
In Continental European pronounce English names all messed up all the time but they don't bother too much and they always keep their mother tongue above the rest and I think this is something we all need to learn.
This is one big Issue India has to deal with in coming times the Identity crisis.
In todays India every child can recite English alphabets and parents feel proud and show off when their child can do that how many of us do that with Punjabi, Hindi, Gujarati and other regional languages.
When an Arab Sheiks walks into Asprey or Harrod's etc they hardly ever pronounce English name properly but the sales people are almost licking their feets!
It is always great to learn new things and languages but learning should not mean we should ridicule our own mother tongues.

It, probably, is not a question of english - When you talk of Guns, in a person we expect knowledge, a degree of awareness, wisdom, alertness, vigilance... in forum we expect a person to do some research before opening a fresh new topic...a little research would have revealed a lot.. avoided a lot...
even the topic has been posted in 'Introductions & welcomes'... Do we need to guide people here to post in Handgun section...
By the way, some 10 months back, .32 Webley 'B' Series was costing some Rs.2,70,000/- i do not know about cost of 'A' series.
Best regards
