Re: .22 pocket pistol
James,
Let me make some inquiries and get back to you as to what magazine would be compatible with the baby browning.
Edit- looking at one, I realize the magazine retainer is on the bottom of the magazine, for this to work simply you need a pistol with a retainer button on the side (usually by the trigger).
I'll put some pics in the next post as they are bigger.

Here is a pic of a typical Baby, note the serrated catch at the bottom of the magazine:

What is best is to find is something like this Beretta 21A:

I suspect a magazine from a Beretta 87 Cheetah would probably work with a new cut for the catch:

However, let me know of what sort of pistols are available locally and we'll see what can be figured out, that may be most efficient.

Re: .22 pocket pistol
james cant you get a custom manufactured magazine for your 22 lr in your desired capacity. as the gun you mentioned don't have a slide stop, it will be fairly easy to make one, the only problem will be the heel type magazine release tab placement on the back wall of magazine. although it wont be a problem for button type magazine release.
mark there are star pistols with smaller barrel which do not protrudes from slide. i had one in 32 acp but sold long ago.

HI mashh1 , you wrote , [ the only problem will be the heel type magazine release tab placement on the back wall of magazine. although it wont be a problem for button type magazine release.] we have only old pistols in INDIAN market being Import ban from past 3 decades , getting button type magazine release .22 pistol is very difficult , even TPH WALTHER .22 has heel type magazine release and extending heel type magazine is really difficult , anyway i am not sure but any type of alteration is legally not permitted in INDIA what i am aware of . I really think that getting 10 shot .22 Pistol in INDIA is IMPOSSIBLE. Cheers James...........

Re: .22 pocket pistol
Walther PP's and PPK/S take a 10 round magazine in .22 Long Rifle. How do I know? Took the walther off my ankle and counted the rounds in it.
FEG makes a very nice copy but magazine capacity is 8 rounds. Functions just like a walther PPK. Also Erma makes a clone of the ppk that has an 8 round magazine. Think they also made a similar pistol for Charter Arms back in the late 80's.
Good luck
And no my walthers nor feg's are for sale

Re: .22 pocket pistol
I have a Bernardelli mod 60 in .22LR. It takes 10+1 rounds. Nice little pistol and there should still be some for sale in good condition.
