High capacity double stack magazines are indeed quite difficult to load completely. The power of the cartridge has nothing to do with this -- the issue is the spring pressure needed to get the double stack dsign to work.

I searched on jd taurus pt58 magazine loader and found these products on a number of sites:

I can't say how well these products will work, having never tried one on a PT58. However, I do use one and they are simple enough, so I don' t see why they would not work.

How one might get one sent to India is alo an issue to which I can add any information.

Some person should start making these in India. They are simple enough. Also, why doesn't Jindal include them? It's very difficult to load the magazine without one.

Bought the pistol today here in Patiala. Fit and finish is very good. Loading 19 rounds of .380 got progressively difficult after 15 rounds. The weight of the weapon after Loading 19 rounds was not too heavy. (Around 1.1kg approx) Bullets from Hughes cost Rs 200 and the Weapon cost me Rs 2.50 Lakh including Gst of 28%. It's a pretty looking pistol overall!

I've shot a friend's PT57 and it was pretty good. By that yardstick, I'm guessing the PT58 should be fantastic as well. Well, let me be jealous while you enjoy shooting the PT58

Havent shot the pistol as yet so cannot comment upon its performance. However, very happy to see the video. We finally have an Indian model shooting the pistol with the correct combat shooting technique.
