In remembrance - Sat RIP

Extremely saddened to have to post 2 back to back obituaries of some of our oldest members.
Sat, was with us since almost the inception of this board (on Yahoo groups), and when this website was launched in mid 2006, he was amongst the first to register and start posting here.
He was always polite in the extreme, both online and offline, and took great care to ensure that his interactions here were positive for all.
Coming from a very long lineage and fabled military background, he was always humble and willing to share his perspective, but without any kind of hubris, as anyone who interacted with him can well testify.
I should add here, he was a fabulous rifle shot, and qualified easily as a renowned shooter on each of his outings in the National big bore competitions, despite being the wrong side of 50 (even on his first time out).
Prior to his moving back to his native, he spent many years working as a photographer in the advertising world in Mumbai. A skill he took back home with him and made it into a passionate hobby. Sending us some amazing wildlife photos each year.
His kind and soft spoken personality will be sorely missed by all who got to know him.
May his soul rest in peace with the almighty.
