Was just going through the Thank You list and realised our dear friend xl_target has been thanked a hundred times.
Congratulations xl.
Shows you are one of the most important guys on this forum. Also shows the quality of your posts and the knowledge of arms and ammo you have.
Also noted that the number of members on this forum has grown many folds. I joined the forum less than a couple of years ago and was perhaps the three thousand (something) member. In just two years we are three times that number.
Good news for a dear friend Capt. Rakshit Sharma. Sec Gen NAGRI.
Not to forget Vikram and Abhijeet , the half centurians.

Who could be surprised about this happening. XL is an interesting and erudite person, great writer, and he has a nose for interesting news and information.
There can be no doubt that he adds so much to our group. We are indeed fortunate that we have him. But in addition, we have you, Prashantji, and Moin, you have also added greatly to the quality and learning available here. Added to that, we've got folks like Abhijeet, Vikram, Mack... The list goes on and on, and it is dangerous to make a list, beause someone will be left out.
These folks are why, for me, IFG is the best site on the web. People like XL and the rest of you encourage me to try harder and do something to make IFG even better.
Hearty congratulations, XL!!!

I am loath to take any particular name against any grading of our members, but in this instance there is none more deserving than XL. The quality and quantity of his posts, the perspective he brings to his words, and the generous eagerness to share his knowledge with all- I am hardly surprised. Same is true of our mods like Timmy, Mark and TwoRivers. Eminently knowledgeable(not just about guns but virtually everything under the Sun), deeply committed to RKBA and giving their valuable time to IFG for very little in return.
As Tim said above, making a list is a dangerous thing for there are so many great contributors that there is always a risk of missing out someone. A big thanks to all the members who make this forum a very interesting and useful place for all of us.

Gentlemen, I thank YOU - all of you, for keeping the dream of gun ownership alive in such adverse circumstances.

Hello XL,
Congratulations and thank you for drawing our attention the myriad intersting topics which you take the trouble to bring to our collective notice. A most deserving century indeed. Looking forward to your next 100 milestone.
Best Regards
