it's necessary action, these animals are causing too much damage and it will affect people's mindset of wildlife.

There is a limit of lose people can take it, once it is crossed rampant poaching and wildlife destruction will follow

I have heard many times how a group of wild boars and monkey can damage crops. Sterilising the males won't be that effective (just like how they are experiencing) because one adult male is enough to repopulate the herd.

I am not promoting hunting or hurting wild animals by no means, but when the lively hood of farmers and ultimately us who depends on them is at stake, I say "No quarter."
